Tablinum User Terms

These terms are between you and [TABLINUM ENTITY NAME] ("Tablinum"). They apply when you use Tablinum through a shop's account, either as one of the shop's staff or as one of its clients using its portal.

1. Who you are dealing with

The shop controls your account in its Tablinum workspace:

  • it invites you or approves your sign-up;
  • it decides what you can see and do;
  • it can remove your access.

Your dealings with the shop (quotes, orders, payments, employment) are between you and the shop, under its terms.

Tablinum provides the software the shop uses. These terms cover your use of that software.

2. Your account

  • Keep your email account and any password or authenticator app secure. Sign-in links and codes are sent to your email; do not share them.
  • You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell the shop, and security@tablinum.app, if you think someone else has used it.
  • Your account belongs to one shop. If you use another shop on Tablinum, you will have a separate account there.
  • Give accurate information, including your real name.

3. Using Tablinum

  • Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Use Tablinum only for your dealings with the shop, or, if you are on its staff, for your work for it.

4. Electronic records

The shop may ask you to agree to receive records and sign electronically for its account. That agreement is between you and the shop and is recorded separately.

5. Your information

The shop controls the information in its account, including information about you. Our Privacy Policy and the shop's notices explain how it is handled. We keep a record that you accepted these terms (version, time, your name, your email address and your browser).

6. The software is provided as it is

To the extent the law allows, Tablinum provides the software "as is" and without warranties, and is not responsible for the shop's acts or for your dealings with the shop. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be limited.

7. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Tablinum is not liable to you for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you under these terms is limited to [US $100]. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Ending access

The shop can end your access at any time. Tablinum can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if the shop stops using Tablinum. You can stop using Tablinum at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, you will see a notice of the new version for 14 days, during which you may accept it; after that, you are asked to accept it before you go on.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania], except where the law of the place you live requires otherwise for consumers.
