Pricing
We haven't set prices yet. We're running real shop work on Tablinum first and measuring what it costs us, so that the price we publish is fair and stays put. Here is what's already decided.
How pricing works
- Your clients are free. Every client login on your portal costs nothing, however many you have, for good.
- Your shop floor is free. People who clock time and move work don't need a paid login.
- You pay for office logins and the add-ons you use. That's it, plus storage beyond what's included.
- No size tiers. We don't price by headcount band or revenue band.
- No caps on the work. We never limit how many orders, invoices or clients you have.
- Storage is included. Usage shows in the app, so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Add-ons stack. Take Engineering, Manufacturing, both or neither. Neither one needs the other.
- Every shop starts with a free trial.

Compared with most shop software
Most shop software charges for every login, the shop floor and your clients included. Tablinum charges for neither.

Questions
When will you publish prices?
Once we've measured what a real shop costs us to run. Until then, early shops agree a price with us directly.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Client logins are free and unlimited.
How do clients pay me?
By card or US bank transfer, through your own Stripe account, or by check, which you record. Card and bank fees are Stripe's.
Does it replace QuickBooks?
No. It sends customers, invoices, payments and credit notes to QuickBooks Online, and your books stay there.
