Your account with {shop}

This portal belongs to {shop}. {shop} runs it on Tablinum, a software service for job shops. Here is who does what with your information.

{shop} is in charge of your information here. {shop} decides what goes into this portal and how it is used:

  • your name and email address;
  • your organization's details;
  • your requests, orders, quotes, invoices and payments;
  • the files you and {shop} share.

{shop}'s staff can see it, according to the roles {shop} gives them. {shop}'s own terms and privacy notice apply to your dealings with {shop}.

Tablinum runs the software for {shop}. We store and process your information only to provide this portal to {shop}, under a contract that stops us using it for anything else. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Your account here is separate. If you also buy from another shop that uses Tablinum, that is a different account with its own sign-in. We never link the two.

What the portal records

To keep a reliable record of your dealings with {shop}, the portal records:

  • when you view a quote ({shop} can see that you opened it);
  • when you accept a quote, sign a document or agree to electronic records, together with the time, your IP address and your browser.

Card and bank details you enter go directly to Stripe, the payment provider {shop} uses. {shop} and Tablinum see only the card brand, its last four digits and its expiry (or your bank's name and its last four digits).

Emails about your orders come from Tablinum's sending service in {shop}'s name.

Your choices

  • To see, correct, download or delete your information, ask {shop}: they control it. If you contact Tablinum instead, we will pass your request to {shop} and tell you we have.
  • In your account settings you can set or remove a password, add an authenticator app, and sign out everywhere.
  • If {shop} leaves Tablinum, the portal stays open read-only for 60 days, so you can download your quotes, invoices and files. After that the portal closes, and the information is deleted from Tablinum's systems within the following 60 days (with backups expiring after that).

Tablinum's own records about you

When you create an account, you accept Tablinum's user terms. We keep a record of that acceptance (the version, the time, your name and email address, and your browser) as evidence of the agreement, even after {shop} leaves Tablinum. We also keep security records of sign-ins for a short time. Our Privacy Policy explains these.
